 Burble tuning on Gen 1 R8s affects drivability as the functions are not present in the ECU from factory. As of August 2021 we do not offer it as it does not meet our performance standards.

ECU Programming for the Gen 1 R8 V8/ V10 requires vehicle battery voltage to be maintained at 13volts or better with a 40A charger. Vehicle should not have aftermarket wiring connected with the CAN bus. Insufficient vehicle power will lead to programming faults and potentially damaged ECUs. VF engineering is not responsible for programming errors when installation instructions are not followed and labor charges will apply for ECU recovery.
